This platform is a reflection of my passion for networking, software development, open-source collaboration, and continuous learning. I'm dedicated to creating innovative solutions, exploring new technologies, and contributing to the broader developer community. Exploring my website will also give you the opportunity to get to know me on a more personal level, uncovering hidden personal insights and gems scattered throughout this site.
I developed this website using Visual Studio Code, it incorporates a blend of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring the contents to life. The codebase was securely pushed to GitHub repository and GitHub Pages was then enabled creating a static (free of cost) website and allowing seamless hosting at 'https://efuentesjr.github.io/efuentes.github.io/'. I aim to showcase my proficiency in diverse coding languages with the primary goal of impressing prospective employers. The source code can be viewed in my github respository. Additionally, this website provides valuable instructional video content that I personally created.
"Getting knocked down in life is inevitable. It's not about how many times you fall or how hard you fall, but how many times you rise again. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow stronger. Don't let adversity define you; let your resilience and determination shape you. Fight until the last bell." Eddie Fuentes

The dam spans the Colorado River just northwest of Austin, creating the expansive Lake Travis behind it. The reservoir not only serves as a water supply but also as a recreational haven, attracting boaters, anglers, and nature enthusiasts to its shores. The scenic beauty of the area, framed by the rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country, makes Mansfield Dam and Lake Travis a popular destination for outdoor activities. The dam itself is an impressive structure, stretching over 7,000 feet in length and rising to a height of more than 278 feet. Its massive spillway, with its iconic stepped design, allows controlled releases of water when needed, preventing downstream flooding during periods of heavy rain.
